    How are your shirts printed?

    We believe in using the latest and best technology which is why we print our shirts using Direct to Garment technology. DTG is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized inkjet technology. 


    I just ordered a shirt. When will it arrive?

    Our turn around time is 7-10 business days to print and then ship items as we produce our products on demand. We begin processing orders within 24 hours after the order is placed on our website. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the item has shipped. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery once the order has shipped. 


    I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ? 

    We believe in processing orders as fast as possible. Which, at times, will mean we would be shipping some items separately- only if the other items in the same order will require a longer processing time. Nothing to worry about, as we will send a second email with tracking information once the second (or third, etc) item is shipped.


    I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email...what's going on?

    Please check your "SPAM" folder for your order confirmation email. 


    Oh no, I messed up my shipping address and/or shirt size! Can I change it? 

    We will try our best to make the necessary changes and advise that one email us immediately after this mistake is noticed. We process orders the same day but we will try our best to correct the error- if possible. 


    I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

    A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped. Please monitor your email and always check your spam folder in case it your email service filters it there. 


    But wait, my tracking number doesn't work?

    We ship using USPS which may sometimes have lag times in updating their system with tracking information. Please try the tracking number once more in a few hours or the next day. Once it is scanned in their system, they are generally very good about updating the tracking on the item. 


    What’s your refund and/or exchange policy? 

    If there is a defect with your order- we will happily work out an exchange or a refund if necessary. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. Please feel free to email us at support@happilyeverafteronline.com if such a need arises.

    For returns or exchanges without any defect:


    Due to the nature of our print on demand business, we make each garment by order only for your particular order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you accidentally order the wrong size or multiples of the same item accidentally. We provide a great sizing chart to guide you in getting the best fit possible and urge you to reach out to our support team in case you still need some help in picking a size.
